Not if the NY Times describes the victim as a "White Hispanic."

So OK, all those crazy witnesses on Brown's side that were so easily dismissed ...

According to The Smoking Gun, Witness 40 -- a crucial witness for Darren Wilson, the one who said Brown was beating up Wilson and then charged at him "like a football player, head down" -- is a 46-year-old bipolar woman who lives 30 miles away and is known for her racist rants. She was previously a witness to another high-profile case before authorities determined her story was a "complete fabrication."

Her first account to police was nearly four weeks after the shooting. By all indications, it appears she was not present at the time of the incident.

Apologies if this was already posted... the board is still wonky with finding newest posts in a thread.

Andrew Hawkins wore a shirt before Sunday's Browns game, protesting the shootings of Tamir Rice and John Crawford.

After the police issued a statement criticizing Hawkins, the WR replied with an eloquent soliloquy in response:

Got a kick out of this, too. Not like he's a public employee or anything...

Holly crap. How did they keep that information from the Grand Jury?

Eloquent yes but "consequences" might result in a lot of dead cops

The prosecutor didn't want them to know it.
