Does anybody know what happened with him? I was under the impression he was sick.

 

He was with the Bucs but left the team in the preseason to undergo a heart procedure and both sides mutually agreed to part ways. I'm guessing he is healthy now or at least deemed healthy enough.

He did qualify it. I'd be stunned if he was ever considered for another top job.

 

Agree on both points. But you're still supposed to talk around it.

 

It's a Hail Mary on his part. He's hoping nobody there remembers the last 14 years.
