Peyton Manning's quarterback coaches have such a great record? (Caldwell, Arians, McCoy...)

for those who dont think being good w/ media is worth much, rex ryan (50-52) just got $27.5M deal (via @KimJonesSports)

Really? The Bills hired him to be head coach for $27 mil because he's a good interview with a good sense of humor?

I say it's because he's a defensive guru. Rex Ryan's teams play the defense. Buffalo wanted a defensive-minded guy who also understands the AFC East.

That said you look at the numbers and the Jets gave up a shit-ton of points the last 4 years even if they didn't give up much yardage in the grand scheme.

Would love for someone who is better at getting the information to show how many times the inept offense gave teams great field position with turnovers etc etc. because the scant amount of yardage the Jets gave up the last 4 years doesn't seem to correlate with the number of points they allowed. Or am I not looking at it the right way?

Will be interesting to see if Marrone gets hung out to dry. Just didn't feel that he has the body of
work to pull a power play.

Well, there's one opening Josh McDaniels will not be a candidate for.

Peyton wouldn't do that to Cutty.

Be interesting to see who they hell replaces him. Shame Rex took the Buffalo job. If Manning played next year, he'd still be leaps and bounds better than any QB Rex has had. And I think he could have done unholy things with that D....
