    Here we go again?

Hawks are 31-8, best in the East. But c'mon, it's the Hawks. They've been teasing everyone since 2008.

Will it last? Are they legit? Seriously?

I put this chart together to show how the Hawks like to pretend to be real only to fizzle. But they're 31-8 now. Best, right?

I don't pay nearly as much attention as I used to, but I didn't know until just now that the Hawks were still in the NBA.

What ever became of the Milwaukee Bucks, too?

The Hawks have two losses in their last 24 games. One of them was by 30 points at home to the Bucks -- who, by the way, lead the Knicks, 28-11, in the first quarter in London right now.

There's a team in London now? Geez, I gotta check this league out again!

For those who know the Verizon Center in D.C., what can you tell me about these seats: section 112 row AA

Pretty much courtside, directly across from the visitors' bench.

Thanks to all for insight. Bossman offered to buy me a ticket for tomorrow's game as a Thank You. I said yes. Never sat courtside. John Wall up close and personal should be fun.

I think they may be. At least a legitimate chance to win the East.

They've got a rotation where any of 7 or 8 guys can lead the way any given night. They move the ball to the open man of those 7-8, play decent D.

And while they piled up wins early against some cupcakes, they've been pounding good team over the last month, including the Western conference, where their record against those teams is pretty damn strong.

Hell, just making the Eastern Conference finals would be an accomplishment this franchise has last realized probably when they were still in St Louis.
