Someone call out the National Guard because the Patriots are killing the Colts.

Colts are a flawed team that Luck and Davis carried them about as far as they could.

As far as the Packers go, I was OK with them going for the early field goals. Get the points, keep your offense moving and force Seattle's offense in passing situations so they can't use Lynch as effectively. The problem was, their offense fell asleep in the second half, except for the tying drive at the end, and didn't keep the pressure up

Even still, they had a chance to win, if, as noted, the last interceptor doesn't dive to the turf, if, they paid attention on the fake kick, if their defender didn't just blast the tight end on the two point conversion and if their guy could have grabbed that onside kick.

Too many opportunities blown by the Packers.

Peyton had a far better supporting cast.

A tradition like no other -- Jim Nantz hugging it out with the Patriots. Everyone to the CBS bar, right there in the end zone at Gillette Stadium.

Steeler fans have to be happy for LeGarrette Blount

Boom's trolling of Steelers fans aside, Pittsburgh played its best football once he was gone. I think the Patriots blow the Colts off the field without him. This game and the regular-season meeting made it clear the Patriots could put any scrub off the street back there and run all over Indy. I also doubt Blount would have been enough to save the Steelers against the Ravens. The only part of it that bothers me as a Pittsburgh fan is that the Steelers would have been better off spending that money elsewhere rather than bringing him in at all.

So if you buy the Pats post game Championship hat and T- shirt it will set you back $60.90 plus tax and S/H.

What, you expect the NFL to pass on a chance to squeeze every dime possible out of its fans?

I never understood the point for a fan. If they win the Super Bowl, that is the championship gear you will want. If not, are you really going to want to wear the conference championship stuff after your team loses the big game? Even if you do, wait until then and find it at a drastically cut rate.
