The Republican Party has at least two oppo researchers in Little Rock for nearly a year working non-stop on Hillary Clinton background and baggage.

She hasn't lived in Arkansas for the last 23 years and really 24 since she was on the road for most of 1991 for the campaign.

So if you think that history is old news, the Republican Party doesn't think so.

Hillary-bashing remains a great sport within the GOP echo chamber, which is of course the only place where the GOP's ideas are tested these days. So I imagine we will have quite a bit of it until it proves not to make a dent in the polling.

I think Hillary could significantly improve her chances in 2016 by divorcing Bill at some point in 2015.

Then the GOP will just blame the media for not giving a shit about why Hillary ditched her headband and started baking cookies again.

So the voters in a midterm election with historically awful turnout trump the 66 million who voted for Obama in 2012? And the 69 million who voted for him in '08?

Secondary question: Do you really think anyone who voted for Obama in either election turned in a protest vote against Obamacare in November?

Is there anyone here who voted for Romney in 2012 who would consider voting for a democrat depending on the matchup?

Hillary would probably already have been elected if she had dumped Bubba back in about 1998-2001.

No way. And you're not the first person I've heard say this, either. The last thing she needs is to display personal life instability or the same old Clinton drama.

I don't know about that. The last presidential candidate who tried to distance himself from Bill Clinton lost as a result.

But Gore should have distanced himself in 1998 when it hit the fan, instead of distancing himself in 2000.
