Spraying champagne on Tim McCarver was a "heinous" act? One of the most heinous acts ever? Lighten up, Francis. :D

Uh, he didn't spray champagne on him. He dumped a bucket of water on him.

Ah, yes, I misremembered. Definitely a dick move. I'd reserve the word heinous for acts that are much more, well, heinous, but I see your point.

  5. He dumped ice on Tim McCarver. It's not like he stole his dog.

It's childish. No other way to look at it. "Cooperating with the media" is part of his contract. You know, the contract he signed for all those millions of dollars. If he doesn't want to talk to the media, he can go work at a Jiffy Lube.

That said, I hope he keeps doing it. I'd like to see some enterprising company hire him to answer every question with their website.

Reporter: Congratulations Marshawn. You just won another Super Bowl. How are you going to celebrate?

Perhaps the better question to ask is: What story could possibly be so earth-shatteringly interesting that it requires substantive quotes from Marshawn Lynch?

Just stop asking him questions. The media get what they deserve as long as they continue to seek out the rejection.

If we're going to be offended by Deion, shouldn't we be applauding him for pouring ice water against a poseur like McCarver?

I really want to see Marshawn Lynch win MVP and go to Disney

Thank God for the NFL, to give Lynch and assholes like him a place to go during the day. Scary to think he'll be retired and on the streets in a few years.

Good god, who cares whether he talks. There isn't one interesting thing that came from the other 102 players yesterday.

Player quotes are the most meaningless jumble of words ever.
