Hey, she's already making a mark for herself, and she was only hired in November! :D

Either him, or the original fake NWO Sting.

I still love the Nitro I attended in 2000 when a fan in a Sting mask jumped into the ring behind Hogan. Clearly, it wasn't Sting, and security beat his ass. When I got home to watch the tape, I watch the segment and hear Schiovane scream, "Here comes Sting!" Sting mask guy removes the Sting mask, security tackles the guy, and Schiovane recovers. "That's not Sting! Who is that?" It's some douchebag, Tony. Had that same feel Monday.

Anyone checking out NXT TakeOver Rival? Sheesh, this is about as convoluted a title as WWF In Your House Insert Clever Title Here.

I started it about a half-hour late from the live time. So far, lots of guys being bitten by the botch bug. And is Bull Dempsey wearing the old XFL Orlando Rage mascot face on his ass? That's random.

Tyler Breeze is just a fully-realized character. Came out tonight with a selfie stick, wrapped in fur. Also, an out-of-control female "fan" rushes to maul him and was dragged off by security. That's a hell of an entrance.

Tyler Breeze is fantastic. Not sure the gimmick has staying power in the big leagues, but I'd like to see him get a shot someday.

OK. Just caught up on tonight's NXT show. Please excuse this next message as it's a mark-out moment for me.
    SASHA BANKS MOTHERF**KERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Also.....
    F**K YEAH KEVIN OWENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    OK. Rant over.
So, those last three matches were better than any and every non-Mania pay per view in the WWE in years.
I loved what they did with the women tonight. That was just a fantastically well-done bout between four established women, about two more than the WWE Main Roster has had in four years.
I guess this mean's Charlotte's headed up soon, probably after Mania. She definitely earned it. Going to be great to see what Banks can do going forward.
And that main event bout? That was the first time in a long time I really had no idea who was going to win. Solid start to what should be an incredible years-long main event feud between Owens and Zayn.

Also, why do I love Sasha Banks and the women in NXT in general? Take this quote from her in an interview earlier today:
"I know that at ‘NXT TakeOver’ and the fatal four-way we’ll definitely have people saying ‘oh my God, those were not Divas, those were superstars right there’. "
    She did just that.

That women's match was incredible. (I have no doubt there are women on the main roster that could do that if given the time Paige/AJ/Nattie 3way absolutely could). But still----Wow. Flair bumped off the top rope twice. Awesome. I'm not convinced Mania will have a match that tops that one, or the Balor/Neville one. I'm all in on Finn. He's great.

Didn't love the main event but nice finish, and it'll be cool to see a heel champion in NXT for the first time in who knows how long.

It's the first heel champ since Bo Dallas, I believe.

Question/thought I had while watching end of the Zayn/Owens match ... it looked like Zayn hit his head really hard on the ramp after the flip and truly was concussed/disoriented. Was the Owens win a change-up on the fly (due to Zayn's concussion and couldn't continue)? Or just so well-booked that, after months upon months of buildup to a Zayn title reign, I (and everyone else) could express nothing but shock that he lost the belt in his first title defense?

My god, NXT is so much better than anything on Raw or Smackdown right now. Hell, what must TNA think when they see a show like that? Wade Keller summed it up nicely with these tweets:

I can't wait until NXT hits the road and can only hope they are within an earshot of me.

Love him or hate him, all props to HHH for this brand.

Someone on Twitter asked Triple H where he thought NXT will be in 5 years.

He said something along the lines of that it will be its own brand and not so much a pathway to the big show. If he keeps running it like he is now, I can see them pull it off. And then they could truly bring the brand split back and the draft (and three big title belts), thus making things more interesting.
