Duke should of never let Carolina get within 15 of them after that opening five minutes. The Devils started playing down to Carolinas sloppy style.

That was not a well played game at all.

Duke's pretty clearly the best team in the league right now, though, and they've been doing it without their most important contributor, like UVA. The difference is that Justin Anderson is coming back and Karl Hess isn't.

Most talented, yes. Clearly the best team? I don't think so.

The ACC tourney will hopefully have a UVA/Duke final.

Best with Justin Anderson out. Once he comes back, the balance of power shifts back toward equilibrium. Notre Dame is probably also better than UVA without Anderson.

I honestly think Anderson is UVAs fourth most important player.

They can play at an elite level without him, but I think losing Perrantes or Brogdon would hurt them much more. I also think Gill is very underrated.

Losing Perrantes would hurt the most by far. Brogdon can create his own points off the dribble, which I don't think Anderson can do consistently enough.

Duke is getting a ton of credit for winning ugly against a UNC team struggling mightily. I don't think UVa gets enough credit for winning ugly against these teams with Anderson out. I think this is a team that just figures out how to win. I see people rating Wisconsin ahead of UVa, but UVa is now 4-0 in 3.5 games without arguably their best player, including victories against Louisville, a team that's blown out Duke and Louisville and a team that just blew out UNC. Wisconsin has played an incredibly weak conference schedule that is going to get a lot tougher the next few weeks and lost to Rutgers without its best player.

Is there something medically wrong with the Gonzaga coach? He looks like Hellboy.

LSU is 18-8 and the game was tied when he tried that hot dog shit.

I'm having a hard time understanding why this was a great play. In fact, it was a horrible decision to even try it. I did not see any judges on the sideline. Maybe I missed it.

UVA's two best remaining players just knocked each other out of the game. Perrantes left about a pint of blood on the floor.

    Harrumph, harrumph.

There were 9,203 judges on the sideline. The dunk broke a 26-26 tie, set off a 15-2 run, and from that moment LSU was never headed. Harrumph.
