Re: The Slap, I think it's just a mini-series, not a full series of shows. Don't quote me, but I feel like they were planning 6 or 8 episodes.

It's a re-make of a critically acclaimed 2011 Australian TV series of the same name. The Aussie version was eight episodes. Melissa George played the part of "Rosie" in both the Aussie version and the U.S. re-make.

For me, Gotham is bad enough to be watchable. It's unintentionally funny.

Otherwise, still digging Arrow, The Flash (which is getting insanely good, IMO), and Supernatural. I lost track of Walking Dead a few eps before the break, so I've got to catch up.

Fresh off the boat is surprisingly funny.

I say surprisingly only because I'm always surprised when any network show is funny.

That show is great just for the music selection.

It's basically The Goldbergs, but the '80s are the '90s and the Jewish family is Chinese.

It sounds like the X-Files is coming back for a limited run in 2015.

I'm kind of hooked on The Slap already, but Harry sure is proving to be a much bigger asshole in Ep2 than he was in Ep1. I still like him a lot better than the hippy couple with the monster kid.

Watch the first one (maybe two) and didn't like it. Seemed forced to me.
