Nebraska's coach is not a happy camper. After losing 74-46 to Iowa on Saturday, he went off on his team in the presser -- saying its effort was "half-assed" and "looked like the Bad News Bears" and said he planned to lock them out of the locker room.

For considering who deserves No. 1 seeds, Virginia just beat RPI 118 FSU by double digits. With an almost identical injury situation Wisconsin lost to RPI 142 Rutgers.

But the committee also dings teams for injuries. All reports on Anderson are positive, but who knows how long Perrantes will have to sit. Hopefully it's just a simple broken nose, but if it's a concussion or any other broken facial bones, he might be out a while. And if he's out and Anderson has a setback, how can you give a team a 1 seed without two of its three best players?

Depends on if they lose between now and then, but I'm kinda going on the assumption they both are back by the postseason.

This. Last I checked, basketball is a "game," and "games" are, by definition, supposed to be "fun."

People don't pay $100 a seat to watch guys have fun. They pay that money to watch them win.

You're arguing that it's wrong because the fans wouldn't have wanted him to?

The dunk sparked a 15-2 run. That probably helped them win.

If you think a dunk rattled a bunch of DI players...

What's the chance he blows that dunk?

    10%?
    20%?

What's the chance he blows a normal dunk? 1%

    That's a different argument.

Whether it rattled anybody or not, it sparked a 15-2 run. Scoreboard don't lie.

So sound coaching strategy would be to tell your players to go for 360s and through the legs dunks whenever possible to jack up the crowd?
