    So that's somehow his fault?

So now we are not only going to judge quarteracks by their team's records, we're going to do it with running backs as well?

I guess in addition to being the best running back in the league, he should have done more to whip his teammates into shape. :D

So John Fox is going to a 3-4. Just off the top of my head, sure seems like a huge challenge and any success will be predicated on free agents and the draft. I have a hard time envisioning Jared Allen and Willie Young (if 100 percent healthy) in two-point.

Well, they sucked in a 4-3. They can't suck much harder in a 3-4.

Maybe it means linebackers are cheaper than linemen and they have to save a lot of money for the hit of GETTING RID OF CUTLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure that has nothing to do with it, but Cutler is the only thing worth discussing on that team so I wanted to tie it in.

Do you think there is any chance a team trades for Cutler? I'm inclined to say there's no way in hell, but the free agent QBs are so bad and there are a couple teams that are an upgrade at QB away from possibly being a contender.

I'm pretty sure the cap situation is such that the Bears can't even field a team if they trade him. They might choose another starter, but he's going to be in Chicago.

They can't save any money this year and he's better than the alternatives. Given how things work with the Bears, he'll have a career year, lose in the first round of the playoffs and sign an even bigger extension.
