Since I know I'll be nowhere close to right, here's my next fearless prediction:

Daniel Bryan is wasted and inserted into the WM main event as a guest enforcer. I'd love to see guest referee, but when was the last time they had an active wrestler do that? Anyway, he ends up getting decked by Lesnar somehow -- accident or not, doesn't matter -- and he ends up using a chair that somehow makes it's way into the ring on Lesnar, giving Reigns the win. Lesnar regains his senses shortly after the pinfall and goes apeshit, laying waste to Reigns and Bryan (if he's leaving, have him lay out a few refs, too, and make that the angle for why the WWE doesn't want him back -- he's simply too dangerous to keep around). While Reigns struggles to get up, Heyman waves to the back and brings out Plan B, and Seth Rollins runs to the ring and cashes in on Reigns to get the belt.

Sets up Rollins-Reigns for after WM, and gives you a feud for Bryan and Lesnar if Lesnar doesn't bolt. If Lesnar bolts, you simply add Bryan to the Rollins-Reigns mix.

I have no idea how they're going to use Bryan right now since it looks like they may be setting up Ziggler-Ambrose-Barrett for the IC title, so this seems as good of a way as anything.

    When is Lesnar's deal up?

On the IC feud, they had R-Truth in that same segment (yeah, I know, but he's another body so bear with me) which made me wonder if we'll get a ladder match for the IC belt. All the fun of Money in the Bank without the briefcase.
The problems, of course, are that 1) They've done a good job of saving the ladder match as a feature for the MITB PPV, like they've done with battle royals and the Royal Rumble; and 2) Since it looks like the WWE championship match will be one-on-one now, it opens the door for the IC title match to be a three-way.

I believe he's signed through the post-Wrestlemania Raw, then he's done.

My guess is we're getting Sheamus-Bryan after all. They're hyping Sheamus' return and right now he has no one to feud with.
It's got to be Bryan right? Otherwise, why bring Sheamus back until after Mania?
He's either going against Bryan or in the Battle Royal.
Either way, I couldn't care less.

Just what the fans want: Bryan/Sheamus III.

I've said it before, but the E cannot be THAT stupid. But my face keeps turning blue.

This is what The Observer and most websites are reporting, yeah. Before the Rumble, it was seen as a guarantee that Lesnar would be done when his contract was up. However, after his performance in the three-way, the WWE was reportedly more interested in re-signing him. If he wants to go back to UFC though, he basically has to do it now because of his age, and because there would be a bidding war between UFC and Bellator for him. If money is the deciding factor, both would be able to pay him way more than the WWE, but training to fight is a much more intense schedule than WWE.

Bryan's going to get the Punk treatment. He was white hot (Summer of Punk/Bryan vs Authority), got a significant title story (MitB/WM30), at some point toom time off (after Taker/neck injury), came back and had a big match (Punk vs Lesnar/Bryan vs Reigns), then was shoved off into a feud to "elevate" other talents, which just dragged him down (RybAxel/Lameus).

Anyone surprised? Don't dare get over if you weren't hand picked.

I'd be very surprised if Bryan holds the title again.

Good thing Austin hadn't received that treatment. He would have been jobbing to D-Lo Brown and we'd be watching Hall and Nash as the 16-time WCW tag champs right now.

Just saw some Smackdown spoilers that make it seem pretty clear what their plans for Daniel Bryan are (spoiler text):

Bryan gets pretty heavily involved in the IC title kerfuffle with Wade Barrett and Dean Ambrose. So does R Truth, and that makes five guys involved in the angle, so I'm not sure what they have planned, but Bryan sure does seem involved now.

Yeah. The guy who writes about wrestling for Grantland mentioned that, too.

I went back last night and watched the Triple H (Trips is apparently his nickname now? Oy) and Sting confrontation from Fast Lane. Maybe it's the kid in me, but I got a little pumped to see Sting back in the ring. I hope he sticks around for a while, that this isn't a one-and-done thing for him.

That could possibly be the dumbest thing they could do with Bryan next to leaving him off the card. (Spoiler text removed obviously)
