Are the WWE smart enough to make MizDow win the Andre The Giant Battle Royal?

At this point I think either they're nuts or they're intentionally making Reigns cheesy to set up the die-rocky-die heel turn. A Wrestlemania ending with real boo's is something that's hard to imagine but they're steamrolling towards it....

Side note: Why the fuck is Mick Foley inducting Kevin Nash into the HOF?

in a network era i don't think they have the same pressure to provide a happy ending for wrestlemania that they did in the pay-per-view era. really they just need you to want to see the next one.

Did I see that they're going to put an NXT guy in the Andre Battle Royal as well? I think that'll be "decided" on Wednesday's NXT show.

Speaking of NXT, the one thing Kevin Owens needs help with is his promos. They come off a little dry at times, especially the backstage stuff. In-ring he seems to be OK, but the interviews backstage etc. just seem off.

There will be a tournament during the Thursday AXXESS session featuring NXT talents. The winner of the tournament will be entered into the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at Wrestlemania 31.Its between Finn Balor, Adrian Neville, Tyler Breeze and Hideo Itami.

Neville is a lock for that I'd say. Tyler as an outside guess. No way Balor or Itami is heading up just yet

They are friends, and if I'm remembering correctly from his book, Foley had a big influence on Nash's in-ring style, relatively speaking, of course. Foley told Nash that since he's seven feet tall, he should be a dominant force in the ring, rather than selling everything like a cruiserweight.

That's the sort of keen observation that made Mick one of the best in the business.

I've said this before (Not sure if it was here) but if they really, really wanted to make Reigns THE GUY, he should get the ever living shit kicked out of him on Sunday.
I mean, he should get just absolutely crushed.
Then, you spend six months tearing him down before slowly building him back up in time for, say, Survivor Series.
At that point, you slowly bring him back into the Main Event picture before letting him win the Rumble next year in less-than-dominant fashion. At WM next year, he gets his redemption.
I truly believe that's how you build Reigns as the next star. Unfortunately, it appears he'll win Sunday, have an unforgettable three-month run as champ and be in the "Let's put him against Big Show or Kane" mindset by this point next year.

Or, have Lesnar totally dominate him, but he pulls put a spear out of nowhere and bests him. Next night on Raw, Heyman comes out whining about how Reigns was lucky, Reigns comes out, tries to attack him, then Lesnar shows up, destroys him, and leaves him for Rollins to cash in.

Then Reigns chases after Rollins for the belt.

i agree that rollins comes out of all this with the belt, one way or another. he feels like the shooting star, much more than reigns.

Sounds like Foley was trolling people on that one. All signs seem to really be pointing toward HBK.
