2015 College basketball coaching carousel thread

Archie Miller would be a disaster at Texas. He is not ready for that kind of job.

 

On PTI yesterday they made it sound like Calipari was almost certainly to go to the NBA after this season. I can't wait for that coaching search, especially if it happens in May or June.

 

The real UT (as in the original by almost 100 years) could be looking for its second coach in as many offseasons, depending on what the NCAA tells the school this afternoon.

The story says Tennessee doesn't want to fire him, so I'm guessing he's going to be safe.

 

Word on the street is Jimmy Haslam likes him so he's safe BUT if it turns out he lied to Hart in his job interview, he'll be shown the door.

 

Tennessee coach is out. Do they go after Pearl?

 

No freakin' way. They can't hire two dirty coaches in a row, especially one who was dirty on their watch.
