    The Giants looked like the old Giants last night with MadBum on the mound. Bullpen uncharacteristically made it a game in the 8th. They won't be a runaway but they'll be okay, in contention. I hate that they have to rely on guys on the downside, Peavy/Cain/Lincecum/Hudson rather than a couple of younger guys. Actually, reading that scares me. Somehow, someway, can they pull off a David Price/Jason Schmidt-like blockbuster?
