Ah, Leona, the top NYC bitch until her timely death.

Its not just the Leonas of the world.

Listen to people when they tell you about their parking tickets, driving tickets, towing issues. People don't admit they were in their wrong.

Shouldn't we all take a moment to stop and congratulate Britt for a successful night? She clearly met someone at the bar and had sloppy, drunk, first-date-not-even-a-date sex. If she could remember his name, he would undoubtedly verify this.

Under those circumstances, the towing company should have celebrated with her, not punished her.

Colleague of mine was seven minutes late for traffic court and blamed the judge for not hearing her case.

The parking/traffic enforcement racket is one of the biggest farces and worst examples of government extortion ever.

Out of state license plate? "We know you ain't coming back to fight it, so fuck you pay the $180"
Don't have a quarter? "Fuck you we ain't making it easy for you to pay by putting up modern machines, pay the $30"
The sign isn't clearly marked? "Fuck you, pay the $40 and waste a day coming to court to pay us"
You are on the exact same highway going 65 but now in a "speed zone" we drop to 45 for two miles?" Fuck you pay the $200

The whole reason for some of the parking meters and speed zones is to generate tickets and revenue for all of these broke ass piece of shit little towns.

And then there is the towing bullshit -- which I won't even get to - as that is a whole different level of extortion and ridiculousness.

I loathe the Palisades Parkway as much as I loathe pineapple on pizza.

50 mph for that 20-mile stretch is awful, and they WILL pop you.

And all of that doesn't even get to this -- the people who work behind the window are needlessly abrasive and assholes and mostly because they know they can be.

If they tried to be a little bit more courteous - especially when dealing with people who have no idea what they are supposed to do to pay for their fine and get their car back, I bet 3/4ths of their complaints and their angry customers would go away.

But again, when you are behind a bullet proof glass and you work for the government -- ie job security and a union and a police force to back you up - you can be a dickhead and you know it.

Exactly - there are examples all over where the ONLY reason the speed limit goes down 20 mph is because you are near some piece of shit broke ass town that needs ticket revenue to pay its fucking dog catcher.

That has nothing at all to do with keeping the road safe and they know it.

If it's the parking lot I think it is, I'd be surprised if it fits much more than a dozen cars. I wouldn't even look there if I was trying to park - I'd just assume it was full.

And, again, the Metro is two blocks away, as are at least three huge garages that will let you leave your car there overnight.

If the parking lot interaction was the only one she has ever had, it wouldn't be a great look for her, but she could explain the frustration in a way that people identify with.

But we have at least three known instances of her going immediately to the "I'm on TV, who the fuck are you" playbook.

It isn't difficult to figure out what kind of person she is once you get past the Facebook smiley faces and "be nice to everybody" postings.

Or, you know, you could obey parking rules. They own the lot. They set the rules. Not you. World don't revolve around you or precious Britt.

The more I watch this video (both times), the more I can say with certainty that I'd fire her. That kind of class can't be taught. It's bred. Totally classless human. who'll do nothing but infect your organization.
