    I'm an NL fan and dislike the DH, but it's never going away. Now, with offense down (or back to where it should be without drug-inflated numbers) I'm guessing it's only a matter of time before the NL adopts the DH. Won't make me less of a baseball fan, but I've always preferred the NL.

    Anybody in this business should prefer NL rules. Makes for shorter games.

    I doubt NL owners would want the added salary that comes with the DH.

    Bumgarner's at-bats are about the most entertaining thing in all of Giants Land. As big of a home-run hack as any hitter in the league. (And four bombs last year.)

    So ... the Braves blew a 9-1 lead and lost 13-12 to the Nationals on a 3-run, 9th-inning homer by Dan Uggla.

    I'd have posted that earlier but I just woke up from my coma.
