I normally feel the same way about vodka drinks, but I'll drink Moscow Mules until I black out. It's quite possible, in fact, that I have.

By the way, this pertains only to American vodka.

 

And the Bud Light drinker drinks six while the micro snob nurses his one for three hours.

Some beers are meant to be enjoyed when it's hot out and you want to keep drinking without destroying yourself. Coors Light comes to mind.

Some beers are meant to be sipped and slowly enjoyed. Micro beers come to mind.

Different beers fit different occasions.

 

Running snobs - yes - love the folks with a 26.1 but it takes an act of God, or HOA, for them to do any work outside in their yards like cut grass

Biking snobs - yes - if you cannot pedal within 15 MPH of the speed limit, get off the road

Subdivision Facebook snobs - the new champion - Does anyone have a copy of "insert novel here" for my son for AP English? - I need and umbrella for the beach - Does anyone know of a good person to redo a kitchen? - I'm concerned about the new Wal Mart opening two miles away. What if those people start driving through our subdivision? -

 

Though I did find it rather stirring.

I'll go ahead and say it: I like vodka. A lot. You know what else has a neutral taste? Water. I like water a lot, too.

Mostly, I drink vodka on the rocks (with a splash of water sometimes) and lime. It tastes good and it's refreshing.

I also can't stand gin, so on the rare occasions I have a martini, it's always a vodka martini, although the main reason for me to drink a martini is usually the olives.

 

I didn't realize that vodka (and vodka drinks, I assume) are generally mockable. Learn something new every day.

In the summertime, there's not much better than getting a slushy from Sonic and throwing about 8 ounces of vodka in it. Must be just me.
