I know they won the leg -- I still can't believe they've won any legs, and now they've won two -- but I thought Hayley and Blair were practically saved by Blair's ability to speak Spanish.

I don't think they would have won the leg, and I'm not sure they'd even still be in the race, if not for that immense help.

Never would have predicted that Hayley and Blair could actually pull it together enough to win a few legs here.

And woo! Can't wait to see the Dallas leg!

The pool is heating up. This one will be going all the way down to the final leg!

This might be the first time I've ever been in the top spot - and I can't stand Hayley. The other seven are seem like they're pretty cool. Nothing like being torn about rooting for and against a team.

That why you've been so quiet this season, WolvEagle? Like me, you've been a big TAR fan, and I've missed your posts. :)

As for this week, like the last edition, I guess a final fourth team got saved by the travel schedule for the final leg. I really hope Mike and Rochelle can make up some lost time. I would love to see them stay in and maybe even win the whole thing.

I think after about Leg 2, I never would have predicted that Blair and Hayley would WIN a leg, well alone multiple legs.

Also, I do hope the teams have a roaringly fun time with all of the construction in DFW right now. Lord help them if they have to go anywhere on I-35.

Wow did this thread die an early death. The final was decent, especially with the bossy blondie getting her comeuppance.

Yes, karma caught up with Hayley, which was fun to watch even though it cost me my first shot at the SJ championship!!! Amazing how she was begging Blair for help after all that time belittling him.

I'm happy that Tyler and Laura won because they played a smart race and seem very likeable.

TAR needs to have a season finale in Detroit (my neck of the woods), or better yet, Detroit/Windsor for a two-country finale, because Ford is such a big sponsor. They could do things like try to work the line at a Ford plant (Wayne Assembly is a few minutes from Detroit Metro Airport) or go on a history scavenger hunt at Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village in Dearborn. A charity recently offered chances for people to rapel down a Detroit high-rise. They could also try singing at Hitsville U.S.A., which is the Motown museum.

And Phil trying to push romance to the end.

Interesting that the last four teams were three blind daters and the couple that would have seemed least likely to make it that far at the start.

Expect to see more random teams in the future.

I ended up enjoying this season a lot more than I thought I would as I usually don't like TAR gimmick casting. The winners were pretty likeable and ran a good race, as others have noted, can't say I am upset with Hayley screwing up for the loss.

I still regret that I wasn't following the spoiler sites when TAR came thru my city, would have enjoyed the seeing the production on the local ski hill.

I think everybody was probably pulling for Tyler and Laura by the end, although I would've liked to have seen Mike and Rochelle pull it off, too, and I was sorry when they got eliminated in mid-leg, particularly after they had gotten to the football stadium first.

I would've been stunned, and mad, if Blair and Hayley had won, as it looked like they might do for a while there.

I guess we finally saw what was with all the selfies being taken throughout the race.

Saw on the Twitterverse of a friend of mine that works at the airport here in Toronto that TAR Canada came through there the other day. TAR Canada did the field goal challenge in Saskatchewan. Or was it Winnipeg? Somewhere west of the Centre of the Universe.

I also enjoyed Little Miss "ATTENTION TO DETAIL!" missing the flags. I also hated her sniping at Blair that he needed to HELP HER MAKE A DECISION! Honey, you were the one who was supposed to find the flags. He's on the ground so he actually can't help you at all with the location or where it is.

Tyler and Laura were one of the more likeable teams. Definitely was okay with them winning. I also really liked how the selfies played into it at the end. It was more than just "we're going to encourage you to take dumb selfies every leg", but them actually needing to remember where each one was taken.

Sorry for the pool delay. The finale needs to not fall on graduation weekend in the future. :p

    Pool update:

BUMPY WINS! That was closer than I thought it would be, to be honest.
