    Thanks for doing the work on this pool and thread, Wenders.

    I'm with others in that this was actually a good, competitive, interesting season if not for the blatant and too-obvious romance-pushing.

    Thanks to Wenders for doing the pool, even though I did not like the forced romance pushing, I did enjoy the dynamic of blindly being handed a teammate.

    Definitely. Seeing two people who didn't know each other have to feel each other out while running the Race definitely made for an interesting dynamic. But the constant pushing for romance got old.

    We are back to the normal formula. Can I get a HALLELUJAH?!

    This season, we have paparazzi, people who work at TMZ (which prompts me to wonder if they know each other), former Jets cheerleaders, and someone who works with the LA Galaxy.

    I am again willing to do the pool. It is again airing on Friday, premiering on the 25th. I'll draw names some time that week so let me know who is in!

    Me too please. We are down to 5 teams in Amazing Race Canada airing North of the border. Usually Canadian knock offs of popular shows are turrrrible but it is actually pretty good. It may also be a little more entertaining because a lot of it takes place in Canada (or a direct flight from here) so it is neat to se places I know/have been to on the show.

    Amazing Race Canada has been really good since the first season. I also like seeing them go to places I have been. John Montgomery is a really good host too.

    @Huggy, agree om Montgomery. He has carved out a nice little career since chugging that piycher of beer at the Olympics. Comes across as pretty sincere on the show and on any media I have seen him in.
