Not surprising that the morons running Baltimore can't find a middle ground between "kill suspects already restrained and in custody" and "just stop policing huge swaths of the city."

Not for nothing, but I know one woman who had six kids by the time she was 25. She had two sets of twins.

 

I went to school with a woman who is working on child 11.

 

I know a woman who has 19 kids. They live a very nice, quiet life in the Midwest somewheres.
