    Further proof that TMZ is the best news gathering operation in America.

    And I am not using the blue font for a reason; when it comes to covering a story, and managing to get good stuff about it for as long as they want, TMZ is tops. If Harvey and Co. decided to cover Washington or government in the same manner they cover the 30 mile zone around Hollywood, then our country would be much better off.

    I was one of the (gazillion) reporters on ESPN's PR blast list and the release their flaks sent me made exactly no mention of a runner up.

    That was my impression of it as well...that it was a meme driven by social media. Because you could do the same for Lauren Hill.
