Can you count NXT on that since it's not on TV?

Word is making rounds that Samoa Joe, in his first WWE match, injured Tyson Kidd pretty badly with a musclebuster. I figured it was only a matter of time before that move got banned, anyway. Here's the clip:

Some websites reporting it's some sort of spinal cord injury. Damn.

    Observer from June 8:

    - Austin, Heyman and Lesnar are acting more like a match is possible than past teases done by Austin. Jim Ross put the percentage at 35 that a Mania match would actually happen. If they did go through with it, WWE would have a decision to make about whether to offer that Mania on the Network, or to sell it on PPV. On PPV, it would do an insane amount of business.

    - Samoa Joe did injure Tyson Kidd in that match, although as of Wednesday night, Kidd was expected to make a full recovery. WWE has been stingier with medical information, so a diagnosis was not available.

As expected, Joe will not be available for any ROH shows that have TV tapings, but he is keeping the indy dates he’s already booked. He is not taking indy dates past Aug. 31, which is when it’s believed he will be full-time with WWE. With Owens going to the main roster soon – he signed a new deal – it’s believed Joe will take over his role as the NXT draw, since they’ve had some injuries lately.

    - Re: The ROH deal, it’s believed to be a little or no money deal. Meaning, they’re not getting paid for the programming, but in return, they get the (valuable for them) national TV time and possibly a few advertising slots. Destination America hasn’t run any commercials for ROH.

    - With the switch to Destination America, and just generally being down in business, TNA’s April was down 64.8 percent from year to year. Even accounting for the smaller network, they “should have” only been down 40.4 percent.

    - TNA announced that they re-signed Bram, Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards. One issue: they already announced those signings months to a year ago. It was seen as a silly attempt to keep up appearances.

    - AJ Styles was going to be the TNA HOF person this year, but he decided against it because they wanted him for multiple dates. He’s very happy with his New Japan and indy schedule. WWE is interested in him, but the New Japan deal goes through December 2015.

    - Matt Hardy and MVP are signed to TNA through February 2016. Shelton Benjamin was in negotiations with them, but they fell through.

    - Alberto Del Rio’s Lucha Underground deal is for $500k guaranteed, and also allows for him to do indy shows. So, he won’t be doing MMA or anything else he might get hurt doing.

    - Maria, 33, had a 3.83 GPA at Johnson and Wales this semester. She’s becoming a full-time student this fall and starting a podcast with her husband.

    - Lesnar will be back for Battleground, and is actually wrestling at a Japanese house show before then. It’s seen partially as a favor for someone he respects in Japan, and partially because he has been out of the ring a couple months now.

    - Zayn is expected back in October. Rusev is out through July at the least.

    - Re: NXT, depth is somewhat low right now. While they have a decent core, some of the lower card acts aren’t developing like they hoped. As a result, WWE might be more open than they’ve let on to using former TNA talent in NXT. Johnny Gargano (Jimmy Preston) and Taeler Hendrix (not Taylor Wilde) were brought in for tryouts.

    - As part of the wrongful death suit his widow is filing against the WWE, his yearly salary was disclosed. From 1994 to 2008, his pay ranged from $100,000 to $251,000 in that final year.

    - Rollins gave a lot of positive press to Mercury, noting that in developmental, he almost got fired because he had behavior issues. Mercury went to bat for him and saved his job.

    - WWE signed two Indian prospects, Lovepreet Sangha, and Satender. Both are projects.

    - Slater beat Adam Rose at a May 25 house show. He’s now 1-44 for the year. Bo Dallas is 3-39, Cameron is 2-35 and Rose is 5-56.

So that segment with R-Truth last night was one of the funniest things I've seen in wrestling in years.
    Hilarious.
I really hope they don't even do anything else with it. That was perfect.

I call bullshit unless it can bench press 700 pounds without an assist from Jesse Ventura.

Every once in a while it needs some fat to trim. The Blowaway Diet would work. It made Playboy Buddy Rose a slim, trim 217 pounds.
