There are a couple ridiculous extremes here, but regardless of political affiliation, I think the vast majority on here are either, grudgingly fine or ok with this. It does lead to some interesting and ridiculous hypothetical debates but for the 95% us here that's all they are. The other 5% scare me

I also think that other 5% are missionary only types.

I think Creosote's coming unglued here too. "Agree to screw other people and it could be a felony!"

Oh please. Let's not pretend "sham marriages" just came into existence on this thread.

Friday's ruling removed barriers to entering into marriage. It didn't change the terms of marriage. There may not be any legal recourse against people who make a mockery of it, but they're still making a mockery of it.

Yeah. You said it was tax fraud.

    Yeah. In my opinion.

I was IN a sham marriage. Staying in it would've done infinitely more to damage the institution than ending it did.

Creosote does have a point regarding grounds for divorce. But if the participants don't care about who fucks whom, it's a contract like any other. If the parties are OK with it, what does it matter what they do with their genitals?

I guess it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

But it's a sham marriage. No different than, say, Anna Nicole Smith marrying a skeleton.

If he only managed just one erection, plus a bit of motorboating, yes, he got his pay off.

The other 5% secretly harbor a desire to suck a dick. Larry Craigs of the world.
