You can't see it, but my pearls are clutched at all this sex that Americans are having.

This will be like choosing teams in elementary school. I will get picked last.

I did have a partner at my firm today come into my office and express frustration about the decision.

    Did you report him?

Was he fired, or just sent to reeducation camp?

He disagreed with the reasoning of it, as a fundamental right. He said the same thing someone here said - it makes it indistinguishable from incest. I think he would have been OK with the same result, reasoned differently. He's in favor of gay marriage as a matter of policy. He's in his early 40s. Certainly none of the World Cup and Fireball fans that populate the offices here would have shared his opinion.

The Supreme Court is a super legislature. Doesn't matter what the Constitution says.

Seriously, when's the last time one of the liberal Justices surprised you with their vote on a big case, especially on a social issue?

Hey, I got an answer to my question today. Played golf with a former federal prosecutor who told me that: 1) one can be held in contempt of a Supreme Court ruling; and 2) that federal marshals are generally the means by which those in contempt are brought to heel.

This. It's a complete waste of breath for any lawyer to address those four.
