Was Kane's blood drawn or did he take a breathalizer that night? Probably irrelevant if not.

Highly relevant according to the law, and thus a motivation for the owner to say he wasn't drunk.

Wonder if the reporter asked the bartender how drunk Kane may have been when he left with the gals.

How busy was the bartender? Was the place packed? How much time did he spend with Kane, or near Kane?

How can he be sure about what he saw, or what he thinks he saw, while he was working a busy crowd?

Eyewitness testimony isn't all that reliable, from what I've heard around here.

Eyewitness testimony isn't all that reliable. Period.

I remember one of our esteemed board lawyers making that point over and over.

Nope, it's not. But it's not useless.

Stop trying to outsmart me. You can't.

And it's useless when it comes from a biased, agenda-driven witness like the bar owner.

    Point of clarification:

The quotes were from the bar owner, not the bartender.

    Big difference.

Yeah, toward the bottom third they get to the part where the Buffalo News kicked the whole thing off. But in a more responsible way than the Neanderthals on Twitter, I guess. Yay reporting!
