Nor is anyone saying the bar owner's observation is irrefutable evidence of consent.

Alleged victim reportedly went to Kane’s home to accompany friend - City & Region - The Buffalo News

"The young woman who alleges that she was raped by Patrick Kane the morning of Aug. 2 only went to his Hamburg waterfront home because her friend wanted to go, according to three people who have knowledge of the events that night and early morning.

"“They were at SkyBar, and Kane invited them to his home. Her friend really wanted to go to Kane’s house, and she didn’t want her friend to go there alone,” a friend of the woman told The Buffalo News. “It wasn’t her idea to go there.”

"Two other sources who are familiar with the Kane rape allegation – a law enforcement official and a member of Buffalo’s legal community – gave similar information to The News about what led the alleged victim to go to Kane’s residence.

"The woman who allegedly was raped at Kane’s home was not the woman who wanted to go there, the law enforcement official said."
    Well then.

So the "own eyes" assertion was your trademarked brand of BS? I wouldn't trust your assumptions. You assumed you f***ing rocked when you wore jeans, a t-shirt, and backwards baseball cap to a job interview. Do I get bonus points for assuming you rocked an earring, tattoo on the arm below your elbow, a cig behind your ear, and a chain wallet, too?

I know. Uninformed, reflexive slut shaming never is.

Probably a long way to the store for tissues.

"The woman I was talking about? Now that I think about it, her friend was pretty frisky too," Croce called the News to say Wednesday.

It's also possible that the accuser was the one who was "hsmging all over" Kane, but didn't want to go to his house.

Saw that story pseudo linked to.

The coverage of the Kane investigation is a mess. Graham, who is an excellent reporter, was not listed as a contributor on the now-famous Croce story. He is on this one.

So you're realizing just how irrelevant the bar owner's comments were after all?

    It was very relevant.

Time to quote myself, and Dick I think it's time for you to say "point to Creosote, Ace, cran, pern, LTL, Luggie and company."

It's no fun to argue with someone who can't occasionally admit he was wrong.
