I'm sure #ISupport88 will have it soon enough.

    It's not me.

As I've said, I think it is far more likely than not that the woman is telling the truth, and believes she was raped. As a columnist astutely pointed out that I read, she's done everything that rape skeptics demand accusers do:

    • She left right away.
    • She told a family member.
    • She underwent a rape examination at a hospital.
    • She went to the police.
I'm interested in the case, of course, but I'm also extremely interested in how it's reported, and what people do and do not consider to be relevant or fair game.

Every time you say "believes she was raped," it just infuriates me.

Has anyone you've ever known been a victim of rape? Have you ever sat down with someone who has been raped for a story?

One of my college girlfriends said she was raped.

    So I guess that's a "yes."

Right. It's like Dick is saying--

She believes she was raped, because she said no... But she actually wasn't because she flirted with him, acted like she wanted sex, then let it go to the point of no return.

Am I getting the gist of what you mean, Dick ?

That's not remotely close to the gist of what I mean, no.

"Said she was raped." Did you have some reason not to believe her?

Maybe we shouldn't even have trials for this, am I right?

Burn the fuckers at the stake.
