Not according to Sunshine. It's only Christians who get in trouble, he says.

As one of the board members who is versed in law, I thought I'd play along. But I couldn't get past the second paragraph. This one:

For the part I did read through, I'll say this: The Constitution prescribes how a bill becomes law. It does not proscribe any other sources of law.

But hey, why not pretend the common law doesn't exist! All we have to do is call precedents "rulings!" We can even score cheap political points!

For what it's worth, I think the point you're trying to make is valid. Liberals are far too accepting of the intolerance practiced by some Muslims.

So the only decision a court can make that has any legal authority is to uphold the law?
If that's the case, why have courts?
Nope, you don't get to play "Heads, I win; tails, you lose."
    Doesn't work that way.

There are academics who argue that the courts were never granted the power by the Constitution to interpret the Constitution with rulings that have the force of law.

But that's, as they say, academic at this point.

The Davis bitch has been married four times, to three men, and spawned two offspring from unknown non-husband sperm donors.

TRUE: Kim Davis Has Been Married Four Times

She obviously loves to keep her consecrated crotch in constant action so she can lecture everybody else on "morality."

So, she's in jail in Kentucky, and Jared is in jail in Indiana. So, what about a little interstate commerce and see what happens?
