Absolutely agree. It looked a lot like one of those insipid "morning shows." I don't need stunts, cooking segments, celebrity interviews, musical guests. And for goodness sakes make it about college football, not the people doing the show.

I also noticed they didn't reshoot an open for this season with Big and Rich, they used the same stuff as last year with a few new edits. I like Paisley, but that song makes me want to head back to bed.

This 30minute lighting delay nonsense has to be changed.

But they talk really slow down there.

Can I get copious college football talk where I don't hear the accents of Rece Davis, Paul Finebaum or any NASCAR announcer?

    Stave isn't so bad. 7-7.

Whatever "it" is, Jake Coker doesn't have it. Too much thinking, too slow to escape pressure.

Notre Dame is good. May be really good. But, good LORD Texas is fundamentally unsound. All over the field. Bad, basic football fundamentals.

I only saw a couple of references to it, but what was the deal with Louisville burning its last timeout with the clock stopped? I was at a bar and couldn't hear what the hell was going on.

Auburn appeared to convert third down that would let them run out the clock, but got flagged for holding. Petrino apparently thought the clock would restart and pulled the trigger on his last TO.

Hey, the other team missed a key field goal against Alabama!

Not that I want them to listen to me, but the Badgers really should stop running on first down.
