His plan is to funnel all the money up to himself and his billionaire butt buddies while the remaining 99.99998% of us get fucked in the ass with a jackhammer.

Except the Bush Administration gave them the ammunition for their whacked-out theories by their behavior afterward. They didn't just react against the act itself. They didn't just seek to avenge the attacks against the people who actually supported it. They sought to create a new, permanent policy against countries that they arbitrarily declared to be against them. And they sought to benefit politically by it. How many false Orange Alerts were there again?

And when have I ever supported the Newtown loonies? Show my posts where I have. To apply it to YF's example, they would believe the anti-gun people would have been the ones killing the kids. All the anti-gun people want is for the violence to be stopped. If there was somehow a guarantee that nobody would be hurt or killed by a gun, they wouldn't care that guns existed.
