Yep. Olsen is your play every week.

Yeah, the only scenario there that makes any sense to me at all is dropping Davis to stash Gates on your bench, but I don't think I'd even do that. Don't waste a bench spot on a TE.

One. There really aren't enough good RBs left. I usually wait until someone unexpected emerges, then I'll grab him. It worked last year with C.J. Anderson.

Had to operate two simultaneous drafts while feeding and rocking a crying infant to sleep tonight. I think I fared pretty well.

    12-team, non-PPR
    QB: Brees
    WR: Cobb
    WR: Hilton
    WR: Cooper
    RB: Lacy
    RB: Yeldon
    TE: Ertz
    K: Prater
    DEF: STL
Bench: Rashad Jennings, Cruz, D. Freeman, Stills, Mariota, Donnell

    12-team, PPR
    QB: Brees
    WR: Beckham
    WR: J. Jones
    RB: Abdullah
    RB: Yeldon
    TE: D. Allen
    Flex: Doug Martin
    K: Tucker
    DEF: Buffalo
Bench: Newton, Charles Johnson, Cruz, Stills, Green-Beckham, Bush

Better hope Brees doesn't get hurt. :)

Very true. I hate to double up on starting QB like that, but Luck and Rodgers were both gone in both drafts.

    Speaking of Bama-centric drafts!

Had my draft last night. It never ceases to amaze me how some people can use up 2 minutes on their first or second round picks.

I picked AP with No. 1. Since we draft 16 players, I took a flyer on a few who were hurt/suspended for my bench.

    My team is:

    RB: Peterson, Morris
    WR: Marshall, Vincent Jackson
    QB: Ryan
    TE: Bennett
    Flex: Yeldon
    K: Prater
    DST: Panthers
Bench: Bridgewater, Gurley, McKinnon, Clay, Fitzgerald, Cruz, M. Bryant

It never fails that in my league, someone is late to the draft room. So we get about 10 minutes of "Everybody take the full time, we're waiting on Paul!" and "Fuck Paul, I'm picking now!" It's delightful.

Our commish took the full time for every pick and seemed genuinely anguished about each choice. It was just brutal.

I've been in one league for 11 years now, with mostly the same owners. One of them is a dear friend and co-worker. Brilliant guy. He's so fucking awful at drafting, it boggles the mind.

This year he topped himself: he took the Arizona Cardinals defense early in the 4th round.

    1. How much do you pay in your league?
    2. Can he join mine? :)
