I'm not usually one to pull for the fun police, but if it can get these damn ads off my TV, I'm all for it in this case.

Fucking FanDuel ads are showing up in the Sunday Ticket Shortcuts game replays. Bastards.

Web pages on my iPhone are redirecting me to the Draft Kings app in the App Store. Fuckers.

    Comically bad. Horribly stupid.

Was I just imagining, or did I see FanDuel info giving out by Dan Fouts and his sidekick before the Cincy-San Diego game this last Sunday?

A local radio guy tweeted out a link to join his station's one-week league. Are the gambling sites giving a cut to radio stations for that advertising?

Could be. The biggest local sports talk station here airs ads for both FanDuel and DraftKings of course, but they're carefully segregated by personality. A FanDuel host NEVER does a DraftKings spot.

Regarding Berry, how can he call it "full disclosure" with a straight face when the disclosure came in the Week 2 edition of his column, instead of Week 1, and only when readers called him out for being a shill? To me, that seems pretty damn close to the opposite of full disclosure.

The Dan Patrick Show has also been pumping its FanDuel weekly competition pretty hard. All of the people involved with the show participate. They have to be getting paid for it.

Radio hosts are most definitely getting paid -- and very well, from what I understand -- to read the ads.
