I might do that. I like both teams unclaimed so I might flip a coin later this week.

Green Team is highly irritating, wanted him to stfu during the Tango challenge.

Lots of likable teams so far which is kind of nice, don't need to always cast "villains". I always thought the race was bigger than that.

Alex and Adam were great. I, too, was sorry to see them eliminated. I've been busy with work and vacation plans and a very difficult schedule lately, and I was last night, too. So, I only saw parts of this week's show and can't comment too much on it. I know I was surprised that Justin and Diana wound up on top after their poor finish to the previous leg, and I must have nodded off because I'm not sure how they got there.

Other than those brief nod-offs while watching TV after dinner last night, I've been awake for almost 48 hours now. So, can anyone clue me in?

Everyone was on the same flight from Rio to Buenos Aires, so it was a big equalizer. Then, they drew numbers to see who went in the basilica where Pope Francis was baptized and they got the first number, so they went from 10th to 1st before the leg even got properly started.

Oh come on, Phil. Change the non-elimination legs! KEEP THE DANCERS! I don't think I've ever heard Phil nearly tear up at eliminating someone.

I've never seen someone incur a penalty for someone yelling at them from across the Road Block. That's a new one.

Since the Dancers are gone, I'm going to claim Kelsey and Joey.

Also, there might be an attempted strangulation between Team Texas and Justin (who really needs to shut his face).

What was with all the random stray dogs running around Argentina?

The part I didn't get is how on earth did the dancers start so far behind everyone else, enough to miss both buses?

3 episodes in and very sick of Justin and his phoney mugging for the camera. Also don't understand how the dancers started so far back.

Near fatal error by the Texans. Very cool air tour!

    How. Freakin. STUPID.

A-You don't pass up the chance to get to see Victoria Falls from an open aircraft!!!!! HOLY CRAP! I probably would have thrown up on that thing but try and stop me from getting that view! You come on the Amazing Race to see something AMAZING and those two guys (or rather, one of them) passed up the chance to see something they're never going to see again in their lives.

B-Knowing that one of the Texas boys (Josh I think) is dealing with a blown hammy and that you have to split your Road Blocks evenly, it makes zero sense for them to pass up a Road Block that doesn't involve a lot of strength or running. He should have taken this Road Block as a non-physical one that is easier on him. (FWIW, the Road Block clue was "Who wants to rise above the smoke that thunders?")

C-You don't use the Express Pass on the Road Block if it's the first challenge in a leg! Use some damn common sense! Save it for the Detour, especially if you fall behind and you need it to leapfrog a few teams. But burning it on the first challenge that yielded zero advantage for them was just plain dumb. Dudes, you are shaming our state right now with your idiocy.

D-If you're one of the stronger teams, you SAVE your one U-Turn for later in the game. You don't waste it on the first U-Turn that you come up to because there are so many weaker teams that you can easily power past. You save it for that second U-Turn opportunity, when there's only a handful of teams left and you might REALLY need to use it to stave off elimination. At this point in the game, especially when the teams are 1-2 (so therefore, you're unlikely to eliminate your enemies or whatever), you're unlikely to successfully get someone eliminated (especially on two detour options where one isn't a needle-in-a-haystack kind of task) unless they REALLY screw up and get lost or something.

No pool update this week, since Phil only checked two people in. Also, most priceless face of this episode: Team Alabama mom when the lady in Zambia spit in her face. HYSTERICAL.

OMG I WANT TO GO FOLLOW LIONS AROUND IN THE AFRICAN BUSH. Also, really hate the paparazzi. Really? You have $155 and you're going to look at a bunch of starving kids in Africa and give them $20?!?!?!

The papparazzi are my team in the pool, and I was rooting for them to be eliminated. $20, really? So glad Phil called them out. It's not even their own money.

But when you make your living trying to get a photo of a Real Housewife leaving a reataurant, you can't have much compassion for others.

I wonder what kind of impact the show has on the locals it visits in terms of tourism.

We've always wanted to go to Africa and seeing these challenges makes the desire even stronger, would love to do that lion walk, even if the male looked kind of mangy.

Can't believe the paparazzi weren't going to donate all their cash, what a shitbird.
