So you don't even know the history and heritage of your home area? Good to know.

You're still the best show in town. Don't go changin'.

Thanks for making it personal, though. Very productive.

A real damning indictment for African Americans in this country is the lack of proprietorships - mom and pop stores, dry cleaning, donut shops, lawn care.

Its a path to prosperity... and about as rare in southern California as a white wide receiver in the NFL.

    Why? I don't know.

For the record, I have no interest in getting anyone to say blacks are naturally inferior. I want people to concede that they aren't and, thus, factors outside of their collective control must be responsible for their sad plight in this country. There are, of course, some easy-to-spot experiences that are quite unique to Africsn-Anericans. It's reasonable for hypotheses to start there.

They certainly are unique in being the only ethnic/racial group lacking in agency. Nothing good (or bad) comes to them but for the actions of someone else.

Yeah, can't say I believe this. Anyone who re-reads this thread can see that's what you appeared to be digging toward. It's the underlying response so many of your endless "why" questions seemed to be designed to elicit, then you kept gratuitously throwing out the N-word for absolutely no necessary purpose, then making constant reference to "inferior race", "inferior DNA". etc., when nobody else except you ever suggested any such thing.

I think you were probably hoping to draw an inflammatory racist response from someone so you could jump all over it, "expose" them, or some such nonsensical thing, and ended up only making yourself look foolish instead.

Indeed, during that part of the thread I was just waiting for him to go Al Campanis, as if he was begging someone to give him permission to do so.
