    Pretty easy to "lower" the deficit after you've pumped it up to unseen heights.

    You do realize that the percentage of businesses that are unionized is about 11 percent, don't you?

    Well, we had a pretty decent thing going in the late 90s. You know what happened after that.

    Plus, it's not just about spending money. It's about raising revenue. We're not raising enough.
