All this talk of sophisticated coordination. You give 8 guys guns, grenades and a calendar listing and this could be thrown together in 15 minutes. And the weapons are easy to get here. Only hard part would be brainwashing guys into dying. Doesn't seem like they are hard to come by.

Well sure. That's like the old joke about how you become a multi-millionaire. First, get your hands on a million dollars ...

Getting guys, guns and grenades in place without anyone noticing ain't child's play.

Before I went to bed last night, ISIS had yet to claim responsibility for the attacks.

The media was so confused. "If ISIS -- who is usually so quick to claim credit -- hasn't claimed responsibility, who could have done this?"

It was like they were really considering (hoping for) the idea that Islamic terrorists were not behind the attack.

This morning of course they are all experts on ISIS.

Time to drag Cheney and Bush to Gitmo for some questioning about ther Saudi friends and financing of Al Queda and ISIS. Suadi is the ATM of Muslim terrorists.

If Paris and New York are under seige, its time for Mecca to feel some pain

I was flipping back and forth between CNN and Al Jazerra and what the analysts seemed to think was that it was almost certainly Islamic terrorists but the question was if they were connected to Isis/Isil, a homegrown group or connected to another known group.

No one wants to be wrong. That's one of the most fascinating things about re-watching NBC's 9/11 coverage. Andrea Mitchell said very early on it was Bin Laden who was responsible. Given all that's come out since, she almost certainly got that from Tenet or some other extreme highup who was attempting to pull off some CYA.
