I don't think it would be that unexpected for him to return to Kenya.

Head west and he could take a crack at being the next Last King of Scotland. Don't think Obama's term-limited there.

Reading the story about the women who were in ISIS, it seemed like the men used Islam when it fit their own needs, and made up some other rules, such as the mourning period for women, as they went along.

LOL ... Starman, standin' up to the man.

Hey, SM ... Everybody here, lefty or righty, can tell when you feel threatened. But it's OK. This is a safe space for the security-challenged.

The women in ISIS work hard too. They just want some credit and ink for all they do.

That's the second time you've tried to frame this as an either/or. I'm *pretty* sure you know why that's wrong. You are capable of disagreeing with me better than this.

I actually would say it probably has some degree of effect on everybody. Everyone's a little bit racist. That's why this whole "OMG< you called me a racist!" arguments are silly. We are a species that has racism hard-wired into our brains and fed to us through our culture. Nobody is immune. The world isn't made up of dirty racists and everyone else.

    Make that 0-for-3.

You do understand the difference between "this contributed to X" and "X only exists because of this." I know you do.

    It's not either/or. Happy?

    It's practically either/or.

Why? Why can't it be "Timothy McVeigh scared you to an 8.5 on the fear scale, and the Paris attacks got you up to 9.2"?

    But yes, I am happy.

I can just picture our darling SM sitting in a beat-up recliner with a Natty Light in his paw, muttering to himself, "I'm smarter than all y'all motherfuckers. Don't forget that. Don't forget that, you kochgobbling bastards."
