Did you trade for Calvin Johnson? That's solid work to get to 8-3 after what sounds like a poor draft.

I'm pretty frustrated with the waiver priorities in my leagues. Add Ware and Javorious Allen to the list of guys I didn't get because I've been stuck at 10th or worse in waiver priority since at least when I noticed in early October.

Yeah. I traded Lacy away straight up for him. My draft wasn't horrible. It was rated as the best draft from NFL in the league, but we all know how that is.
Traded Olsen and Eli for McCoy and Graham. Already had Barnidge.

But, had Mike Wallace, John Brown, and dropped them after week three or so. Had Blount, Bolden, Colston, Wheaton, Crowell, Davante Adams.as you can see, I had some work to do.

I'm so frustrated with Cobb, but my only potential replacement is DeSean Jackson (I'm assuming Jeffery is out). Don't know if I can bring myself switch, even though I hate Thursday games.

DeSean Jackson is the No. 1 long-ball receiver in football, and the Giants' secondary is eminently beatable deep. I'm starting him over Hurns.

Playing for first place in one league this week. Love my WRs - Deandre, ODB with Dez as my flex - but I'm not excited about my RB matchups. I've got Ivory vs. MIA, Rawls vs. PIT, Blount at DEN, Gore vs. TB and Langford at GB.
I'm not playing Langford b/c of Forte (not dropping him either), I'm terrified of Blount's usage and I don't trust Gore vs. a Tampa run D that has been solid. Good logic there going with Rawls and Ivory?

In another league I need to win out and get some help to finish first, but my chances would be better if the 11th-place jagoff updated his roster. He lost by 11 points but played three guys - including Eli - who were on a bye.

Historically, Jackson hasn't played that well against the Giants. Of the 13 teams Jackson has faced three or more times, he averages the fourth fewest yards per game (65.7) against the Giants. The Giants defense has been stronger in years past, but Jackson hasn't been very good in the few games he's played this year until last week.

I guess it's a better matchup than Hurns has, but I wouldn't expect him to go crazy. Four or five catches for 75-80 yards sounds about right.

Rawls has a worse matchup against Pittsburgh than Gore has against TB. Rawls is probably the better back, though, so it's a tough call.

Swooped up Hoyer and Miller since Bennett is out. Will have to figure out what to do soon.

Miller is available in a league where Charles Clay is my starting TE. Should I drop Clay (@KC) and start Miller?

Yes. TE's light up the Seahawks.

Went ahead and added Miller. I'm also considering adding Julius Thomas, since he has strong match ups the rest of the way and Miller may be a one-week wonder, assuming Bennett comes back.

The question then becomes, should I drop Dwayne Harris or Tavon Austin? My other receivers include Odell Beckham, Allen Robinson, Rishard Matthews and Leonard Hankerson. Austin is the Rams' best receiver, but his production has bottomed out since they added Welker (who isn't doing shit either) and I don't see starting him over ODB, Robinson or Matthews.

Harris might be worth keeping just in case of injury to ODB (fingers crossed that doesn't happen). Hankerson is a clear-cut No. 2 in ATL, so I think he's worth keeping.

Sorry, should have been clearer. I was referring to Zach Miller of Chicago, not Heath Miller. Zach has a good matchup against Green Bay this week with Bennett out, as Madhavok noted.
