And, since his wife was still with him, I suppose this means the media will skip the sob story theories of financial difficulties and a broken heart that they tried to sell us after the attempt to detonate a bomb in Times Square.

I'm guessing we'll be told that his co-workers were insufficiently respectful of Islam/the Prophet/the Koran.

33,000 people die to guns every year in this country. Homicide, suicides, accidents. That's about the same as die annually in car wrecks. For perspective, that's more than die of Aids, drug overdoses, wars, and terrorist attacks put together.

 

By far the leading cause of firearm death in this country is suicide. Most by white men.
