    It's funny, Good Morning America promoted an appearance this week: "He's one of Donald Trump's biggest rivals" (with two pictures of Trump). "Mario Rubio on Good Morning America Thursday" (one shot of Rubio).

    I feel like the casual member of the public doesn't know who the fuck any of the other candidates are. How many assume Trump is a done deal for the GOP?

    Not a done deal at all. If he loses Iowa -- and the latest polls said he fell behind Cruz there -- I could see him imploding as the momentum goes against him. He's the definition of a sore loser and he's the type who won't suck it up and plod ahead. He'll take his ball and go home.
