We don't comment on JV games.

There was a tremendous moment of ineptitude in that game. JFF got himself stuck in the end zone for a safety, then tried to ground it ... but the 49ers negated it with a totally needless face-mask penalty. Sharp play all around.

Steeler threadjack alert: Seahawks are on fire. Apparently they should play early road games more often.

With Philly and Washington winning, I think we can just about officially put a stake through the zombie Cowboys. They're out of mulligans if they lose today.

At halftime in Denver, the Raiders have minus-12 yards of total offense.

I see his point. Looking forward, beating the Bengals without two main offensive weapons isn't that reassuring. But still a solid win.

    Man. The Bears blow.

  8. Not really a concern. Cincy had trouble stopping the offense. Nothing Dalton or Efiert could do about that. Yeah Cincy threw for a lot years, so have most teams the Steelers played. The difference was turnovers. The pick six and the red zone INT. Pittsburgh has a knack for red zone tunrovers this season.
You can't get caught up in week by week comparison in the NFL. A win is a win.
There's still a Lot of parity in the league, at least among the playoff contending teams.

There is something really off with Carr. You can't take a sack there

They just don't have any defensive talent, especially with McPhee hurt. When Fuller got that interception, I was like, "Holy shit, an interception!" It was like I had forgotten you were allowed to do that.

I started Baldwin over Johnson after leaving him on the bench last week

People are starting to ask Peyton how his foot feels again.
