Wasn't talking about Trump. Just pointing out that there are many -- including many critics of Israel -- who don't grasp that whole issue.

 

Yep. "They can kill us, but we can't kill them?" Like a 5-year-old complaining to the teacher in the school yard... "But, but... He started it!"

 

Let's not forget batshit Ben Carson saying it would be "merciful" to bomb innocent children.

 

Who cares what Carson has to say? His moment has passed, just like Fiorina's did.

It was cute when people thought Carson was a viable candidate.

It's disturbing to me that a national candidate can call the president of the United States a "feckless weakling" and nobody bats an eyelash. I didn't like the disrespect heaped on Bush either, but it has gotten so far out of hand. And the idea that just the accusation that a candidate sided with the Democrats on a single bill is enough to denounce all of their positions just shows what's wrong with our government.

 

That's the effect of the conservative part of mainstream media. Most candidates don't have the guts to tell a bunch of yakkers to shut the hell up.

 

If you're dragging Hiroshima into this debate, boy, are you desperate.

 

Sort of like dragging what the Catholic Church did 500 years ago into a debate about modern-day Islam.
