She should probably brush up on Petraeus as well, among other things. She's full of shit.

Yeah. That's David Petraeus. You know, the four-star who was appointed to a fucking Cabinet position by the same Meanypants Obama who forced him into early retirement.

Not sure how to take this, but he was forced into early retirement because he shared confidential information with his mistress.

Like everything else, Fiorina says that's Obama's fault.

Right, and he resigned from a high-ranking civilian Cabinet post Obama appointed him to after his retirement from the military.

So, Fiorina either A) is unaware that Petraeus served in the Obama administration as CIA director, or B) thinks Obama forced Petraeus into retirement for disagreeing with him, and then immediately handed him one of the most powerful posts in the country.

I could be wrong (I often am) but I don't think CIA director is a cabinet post.

Yeah, as soon as she said Petraeus' name, I told my son, "That's a really bad example if she's trying to make this point."

Now that we have a DNI, is the CIA Director still considered a cabinet position? I think it is, but not sure.

Actually, my mistake. Neither CIA director or DNI are Cabinet positions. But they're both appointed by the president.
