In one league my team crapped the bed. Needed a big day from Brady-Amendola, didn't get it. My RB fill-ins did shit and not having Eifert hurt. Ugly loss, but considering I was rebuilding my roster (dynasty league) I'll be happy if I can win the third-place game next week.
In my college league, I had Cam Newton and Jordan Reed. I'd be trailing by 20 if you didn't count the rest of my group. The No. 1 seed lost, so I'll be the heavy favorite against my best man who is in the final because I traded him Phillip Rivers for squat like five weeks in. Whoops.

Ginn worked out well for me today against that shitty Giants defense with 20 points, while Hilton scored just 3. Gore over McFadden didn't work out, with McFadden scoring 11 to 6 for Gore.

Bortles, after a rough first half, came on strong and scored 25, so that will be tough for Brees to match.

However, the Brees play looks good right now because my opponent ended up starting a pair of Saints receivers (Cooks and Snead). So whatever production he gets out of them, is going to have to come from Brees. I've got a 30-point lead right now, with Catanzaro playing. He's got Cooks, Snead and Stafford tomorrow.

Going to be sweating out this semifinal matchup.

No longer beating myself up. David Johnson has given that team a 50-plus-point lead. And I still have Stafford left to play.

I've already won another game -- mostly because my opponent made just as many horrid decisions as I did. And I have a chance to win all three if Carson Palmer continues to struggle (or if he throws mostly to Floyd). I'll be fine if the Cards decide to keep it on the ground the rest of the night.

Well my 45-point lead has diminished thanks to David Johnson. Palmer and Fitz are doing well too. I still have Calvin and Hightower tomorrow night, but like I said earlier not feeling too hot about it. If I fall behind by 20-25 points I don't think I'll pull it off. By this pace, I'll probably be down by 50-60.

The league I had Cam? Guy I'm playing has Johnson. My 40 point lead is now a .17 deficit.
I have Cantazaro and Hughtower tomorrow, but if Johnson crosses the 200-yard plateau (we give another 3 point bonus) and scores I am going to lose in horrible fashion.

OK, with Palmer done for the night, I'm up 18. I'm done and my opponent has Golden Tate and Hightower playing tomorrow. Figure I've got a chance, but it's going to be difficult.

    Yeah that sounds perilous.

What is the yardage setup for that league? 18 points without any TDs is not easy in some leagues.

Was wondering too. My leagues rack up some good point totals so 18 points from 2 good players is pretty much a given.

Well I enter tonight's contest down 25 but do have Hightower and Calvin going. PPR. Here's hoping.

I'm down 24 with Tate and Hightower going. Guy I played had Woodhead and Baldwin, both of whom I now hate.

    Edit: Standard (I believe) scoring -- 1 pt for 10 yards rushing/receiving; 6 pts for a TD.

I think I'm far enough behind that there is no way Cooks is going to catch Stafford (at least not enough of a chance to force myself to watch this dog). No complaints, (with exception of Dalton's injury, but Taylor filled in nicely) - just no big games from my beasts.

On second thought... if Cooks hauls in that pass at the 2 minute mark (negating Watson's TD opportunity) I would have won. Ugh.
