I'm sorry, was that the question you asked before?

    Must have missed that.

Except the media never took that position. You made that up. Repeating your made-up story over and over will not make it true.

What I'm referring to is past history of race.

Ted Cruz, so offended by the cartoon he is using it in fundraising emails. I guess it's only offensive if he's not making money off it.

Riding the outrage train for profit is a bipartisan pastime.

The rules for what is "outrageous" (and what is acceptable), what is "rhetoric" and what is "PC" are murkier than the baseball "code."

And I say that as someone who is no fan of Cruz, but who thinks what the WP did was seriously uncool.

Cruz is just as bad, though. He was exploiting his innocent kids to feed his attack,
and he'd do it again in a second if he thought it would bump him up a point or two.

But now he's got this. So he'll milk this instead and play up the wounded warrior family.

I actually thought the Cruz commercial was an SNL sketch when I first saw it.
What the fuck is he thinking, dragging his kids into adult attack campaigns like that?

I think this could have been calculated from the start by the Cruz campaign.

Include kids in ad, wait for someone to eventually mention his kids, and ride the outrage train about the mean ol' liberal media, who dragged his kids into this, even though he put them out there first.

It's smart, really, for the pure politics of it.

Not much different than Palin constantly dragging her stage prop onstage throughout the 2008 campaign.

"The media" should never, ever take shots at a candidate's children, even if they are being used as political props. It's despicable.

The only exception I can think of is with an adult child who knowingly and willfully campaigns on behalf of their parent. Even then, it's pretty fucking low.

All Trump has to do is gain 100 pounds and quit wearing that dead hamster pelt on his head and he'll be a match for the Canadian fatfuck.
