He's questionable and is still in a brace -- Yeldon still in knee brace with sprained MCL - Rotoworld.com

I don't want to get cute in the Championship, but with OBJ suspended, my options are limited and I'm panicking. To me, Dez's value is largely based on Romo throwing to him so I'm not really even giving him consideration right now. I have two guys (Tate and Aiken) who are hot(ter) , but neither are Tier 1 receivers (FantasyPros has them at 25 and 24). I have a top 3 QB with whom I could stack Wheaton (who has also been solid the past few weeks). To complicate things further, Cameron Artis-Payne and Christine Michael are both available. Artis-Payne has a "plus" match-up, but there's no guarantee he's going to be the bell cow.

Completely different question: Does anyone else hate it when you finish with the Sunday games and your opponent has people going on Monday night? I hate not having everything wrapped up or feeling like I don't have a chance to match what they do.

Yes, yes, 100 times yes. I prefer to be down six or seven with a guy left than be up. Makes no sense, but seeing an opponent slowly creeping up is horrify. Sunday night damn near killed me with David Johnson.
I like the lineup as you have it. You're flipping a coin between Dez, Wheaton and Hightower.

Now I need some help at WR and FLEX - .5 PPR
WR options: John Brown vs. GB, Tyler Lockett vs STL, Dez vs BUFF. Leaning toward Lockett.
FLEX options: Whoever isn't my WR, Frank Gore at MIA, Christine Michael vs STL, Chris Ivory vs NE. Leaning toward Gore.

    Fantasy Pros sit/start feature has Brown 80% to Lockett's 20% -- even with PPR (it's 90% - 10% non-PPR). They have Dez 54% to 46% over John Brown.

Since Nov 26, Dez has had 2 rec for 26 yards (vs CAR), 3 rec for 62 yards (vs WASH), 1 rec for 9 yards (vs. GB), and 4 rec for 50 yards (last week vs NYJ).

Conversely, Brown has had 5 rec for 9 yards (vs SF), 6 rec for 113 yards (vs STL), 4 rec for 78 yards and a TD (vs MIN), and 3 rec for 38 yards and a TD (vs Phi).

    I prefer Brown.

I don't really like Gore for anything anymore but I like Ivory even less and we don't know what Michael is going to do (though STL is exploitable). I generally always go RB over WR in the flex, so I'm gonna go with Gore.

Didn't Dez score a TD against the Jets?

Just watching the game it seemed Moore was making it a point to throw to Dez, much more than Cassel ever did. I think his value now, while not at Romo level, is higher than it has been since the beginning of the season.

So Carr's last few minutes last night saved me from total disaster. I also sat Woodhead. Right now I have Denard Robinson plugged in alongside Bilal Powell, but I'm still considering White.

I may regret Carr over Cousins, but starting Murray for the first time in a month paid off in another league.

Big kisses to Santa for Murray's performance. Off to a good start!

Apparently, Dez is out with a foot/ankle injury. So your choice has been made a little easier.

I'm going Aiken and Tate at WR, L. Murray and D. Robinson at RB, and Hightower in the Flex. Fingers crossed that the match-ups work out.

This game is going to be a shootout and Brees is going to throw 40-50 times. I'd be stunned if Hightower sees 20+ carries.

    I like Robinson.

I wasn't speaking generically about Dez. I was responding specifically to sostartled. I'm not sure he had a better play, though it doesn't matter now because Dez is out.
