Militia seizes Federal building

I've reconsidered my earlier positions and I agree with those who think waiting them out is the right thing to do.

A blogger named Jim Wright wrote this on his Facebook page. It makes a lot of sense to me:

"If the government really was the totalitarian dictatorship these militia nuts claim it is, they'd already be either dead or in prison, instead of armed to the teeth and occupying public land.

Their very existence disproves their complaint."

 

If the college kids are armed, threaten to shoot anyone who tries to make them leave, and have the expressly stated purpose of undermining the legitimacy of the federal government, then it's sedition.

That said, I feel like arguing over the labels is silly. Just because it's sedition doesn't also mean it's not also a small number of worthless idiots we can easily afford to wait out.

It's a National Wildlife Refuge that is open for hiking, camping and hunting to the general public.

Ammo Sexuals is a good name for a metal band.

 

Maybe the government should just disguise some of their agents as hunters and "accidentally" shoot some of them.

"But we thought they were deer!"

 

I kind of like the term "Vanilla ISIS"
