I sense the militia members are beginning to think outside the box and may soon try to shift the paradigm:

Community meeting with Ammon Bundy called off for lack of venue

Meanwhile, occupiers at the refuge said they were hopeful a meeting could be arranged for Monday evening. Robert "LaVoy" Finicum, an Arizona rancher who is participating in the occupation, told reporters Friday that Bundy is preparing a PowerPoint presentation.

I would take them more seriously if they prepared a Prezi. Keynote could do in a pinch.

That one hit off the top of the scoreboard high above the center-field fence.

It's cool they got one. But still amazes me that the feds have allowed these guys to feel so comfortable there that they think it OK to run back and forth errands to the supermarket. Not to mention doing so in govt vehicles.

And what's with "unauthorized use of a vehicle" being the only charge mentioned there? Makes it sound like his only crime was taking the wrong car. I hope there's plenty more serious charges coming to that guy.

I have a feeling at least one of the a-holes will die -- suicide by cop if not by self -- just so he can join Timothy McVeigh, David Koresh et al on the far right's list of martyred heroes.

I think there's a better chance one of them dies cleaning his own gun. They don't strike me as real bright.

    I think you're overstating this a bit.

They're just acting out because nobody's taking them seriously.
